- Senior Branding Manager & Vendor Relations Manager
I was basically born into the Promotional Products industry. My mother opened Put-Ons T-Shirt shop in Montgomery Village MD in the mid 1970's. This gave me a weekend job starting when I was 10 years old doing iron on decals and lettering onto shirts. This later took me into the world of custom screen printing. After more than enough years being on the decorating end of the industry, I moved to the Distributor side. After working for a few companies that kept getting purchased by larger companies, I decided to open J4 Promotional Marketing in 2009. I meet Seth and Julianne a few years later and we hit it off. They let me know that if I ever decided to start working with a larger Distributor again, to give them a call. Well in 2016 it happened. And here I am.
- Favorite drink?
- What’s your biggest pet peeve?
People that don't respect other people’s time.
- If you could be anywhere in the world in a matter of seconds, where would you go?
Fiji, I would love to go there, it's just such a long flight and I can be in the Dominican Republic 4 hours. So, it's tough to go half way around the world.
- If you could witness any event, past, present or future, what would it be?
I would have to say watching my Grandfather fight Joe Louis in 1935 or 1937. The 1935 fight my grandfather lasted the full 10 rounds, which only a handful or fighters ever did against Joe Louis. The second fight in Kansas City MI, was the first interracial sanctioned sporting event in MI history, so that's just kinda cool.
- What did you want to be when you grew up?
A roadie for my son.
- What’s your favorite holiday and why?
Christmas, and I'm Jewish. It's not for the holiday stuff exactly, but that is part of it. It is that no one is working, or expected to be working. You can really take the day and enjoy what is around you.
